Lark P St. John residing in the Town of Maine New York age 64 walked into the arms of our lord and savior Jesus Christ on May 16 2023. He is survived by his mother, Bernice St. John, his two sisters Laurie Moran, her husband Tony Moran, and Terri Donovan and her husband Gary Donovan, his son Hayden St. John and his wife Ashlie St. John and their daughter and his beloved granddaughter Lennon St. john as well as his cherished Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Lark St. John was retired from his construction career, living out his days hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting, and enjoying his family and friends with his hound Rusty. He would want all glory and praise to be to God and if he was writing this he would tell you about the unconditional love of Jesus Christ, and all the joy that brought to his heart in all aspects of his life. He truly was a one of a kind man and words can not express the hurt in our hearts of his passing, but truly we should rejoice for his battle is won and he is enjoying the victory. We hope His prayer found in his bible would give you all peace. Heavenly father, we would like to start by praising you and making the humble effort to give you the glory for all good things. Praising you and you alone for all the blessings in our lives, we praise you for the love, health, family safety, and all the others that we take so much for granted or don't even recognize. We give you the glory and praise always because most of the year we rob you of the thankful hearts you deserve. Father God we thank you most of all for the reason we are here the precious gift of your son, Jesus Christ. We realize you sent Him to save us from our sinful nature and to bridge the gap to eternal life with you. We also know that He had to leave so that he could send your Holy Spirit to dwell within our hearts. You did this all so we your children could experience true love, true peace, and true joy all the things that are pure and holy. The things you desire for us because you loved us first. So we cry out, Abba, Father, that all the love, all the joy, all the peace we experience on the day you gave us your beloved son. That it carries on throughout the year, that we find this special joy in Him each and everyday. Most of the time we rob him of the true desire of our hearts that is to love Him first. We pray Father, the passion for Him grows in us so we can be more submissive and obedient to you. In Jesus name we pray, Amen. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10am at the Barber Memorial Home 428 Main Street Johnson City. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4-7pm at the Barber Memorial Home.
