Larry Gene Bowlin, 81 of Lewisville passed away Wednesday, Jan. 7 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief illness. Larry was born April 18, 1944, in Highway, Kentucky, the son of the late Thomas Paul and Hettie V. (Vincent) Bowlin.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Gary Poe officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lewisville Cemetery.

We were so sad to learn of Larry's passing.He was always so friendly seemed so happy on his golf cart whenever he passed.Tom loved to visit with him and check out his Beautiful garden.he was so kind to share his turnips.he gave our grandson Oliver guitar lessons several years ago and he enjoyed his time with Larry and his stories.we along with the entire town will miss him.God Bless his family.Tomand
