Larry Conklin, Sr. Obituary
Larry W. Conklin, Sr., 79, of Davenport, formerly of Muscatine, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025, at Good Samaritan of Davenport.
Larry was born July 10, 1946, in Muscatine, IA, the son of Merrit and Evelyn Fry Conklin.
He had served in the United States Navy from April 16, 1968 - September 9, 1969.
Larry retired after working many years in the Shipping and Receiving Department at Von Maur in Muscatine.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Larry Conklin, Jr. of Des Moines, IA; and sister, Patricia (Rodger) Lane.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard Conklin; and sister-in-law Sharon Conklin.
Cremation rites are being accorded. Nichols Bewley Funeral Home & Cremation Services is caring for Larry's family and arrangements.
