Larry Willie Crawford, 78, long time resident of Hallandale, Florida, passed away in Lexington on Monday, December 9, 2024.
He was born on March 12, 1946 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Charlie and Melvenia (Adderley) Crawford. He is preceded in death by his Father, Charlie Crawford, Mother, Melvenia Crawford, and Brothers, Jonathan Cooley, Robert "Chuckie" Cooley & Sherman Crawford.
Larry is survived by his family, Daughter, Shiwana Francis, Son, Gregory L. Crawford; Siblings, Roger Cooley, Stanley (Natalie) Crawford, Charlie Crawford, Jr., Donel Crawford, Gary Crawford, Mattie Crawford, Danny Crawford, and Derick Crawford; Sister/Cousin/Caregiver, Marjorie Jackson, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel. Burial will take place on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central).
