It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Larry Ronald Gale on October 21, 2023. He was born November 15, 1939 and lived in Layton, Utah with his beloved cat, Tulie, after the passing of his wife and daughter within the last couple of years. Although retired from Hill Air Force Base for quite some time, Larry always kept himself busy by mowing lawns for the golf course, playing rounds of golf when he was able and taking meticulous care of his house and yard. Until recent years, he and his late wife would leave the frigid Utah winters for the dry heat of Yuma, AZ. They would stay from right after Thanksgiving until the snows melted and brought warmth and sunshine back to Layton. Larry was the most kindhearted, caring, gentle and loving person anyone could know. We will miss him terribly but are thankful we got to spend the last few weeks visiting with him and know that he is now returned to heaven to be with his wife and daughter.

Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Betty (Steed) Gale; Daughter, Kristine Gale; Grandson, Miles Gale; Parents, Ronald and Beulah Gale; Brother and Wife, Archie (Daphne) Gale; Brother, Russell Gale; Sister, Mary Beth Seper and, Brother-in-Law, Wayne London.

He is survived by his son and Daughter-in-Law, Wayne and Sari Gale; Grandson, Jake Gale; Granddaughters, Catherine Alsaid and Elizabeth Gale; Great Grandchildren, Sylas Alsaid, Lucy Alsaid, Charlie Sberna, and Sebastian Benson; Sister, Eva Lynn London; Brother in Law, Steve Seper and Sister- n-Law, Charlene Gale.

Services for Larry will be held Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:00 am at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary prior to the service.

Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton.
