Larry William Hepworth

Larry William Hepworth, age 78, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away suddenly on September 23, 2025. Born on January 12, 1947, in Wendell, Idaho, Larry lived a life full of hard work, laughter, and love, with a deep appreciation for the outdoors.

Larry spent most of his career as a truck driver, working long haul routes and for a fertilizer company, before dedicating over 20 years to G&B Concrete. Throughout his working years, Larry made many lasting friendships with those he worked alongside. He also proudly served in the Army National Guard for six years.

Larry worked in Filer and Twin for several years following high school and basic training before moving to Caldwell. While working at Sears in Caldwell, a co-worker introduced him to Cheryl. They married and shared 22 years together, raising two children, Becky Aubertin (Anthony) and Jeff Hepworth (Kim), before divorcing in 1994. In retirement, Larry found companionship with Jackie, with whom he shared many happy years.

Larry had a deep love for his grandchildren, a good plate of fried chicken, and a cold red beer. He enjoyed working in the yard, gardening, and being outdoors-perhaps a reflection of his farming roots. He also found joy in golfing and spending time with those he loved.

He was preceded in death by his siblings Parma Kendrick, Robert, Ronald, Dee, and Ray.

He is lovingly remembered by his sisters Carol Hoskins and Arlene Clark; his children Becky Aubertin (Anthony), Jeff Hepworth (Kim), and Tina Guerricabeitia and Tim Gray from a previous marriage; and by his many grandchildren, who will carry his memory forward with love and gratitude. He will be missed so very much.

A graveside service will be held on November 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls. Larry will be laid to rest near his brother Ronnie and his parents, honoring his heartfelt wish to be near them.
