Larry had a deep love for the Lord and was an active member of his church family at Bethany Christian Church. In his free time, he enjoyed listening to bluegrass music, finding joy and comfort in its melodies. Additionally, he was a loyal fan of the Atlanta Braves, often cheering them on during games. Larry's passions and commitments reflected a life rich in faith, family, and community.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Elaine Laymon, and sisters, Barbara Clemons and Carol Colwell.
