Larry was born on July 15, 1946 and passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017. Larry was a resident of Weston, West Virginia at the time of his passing. He graduated from Webster University in Webster Springs, MO with a Masters Degree. Larry was an honored veteran of the United States Army having served during Vietnam. He was married to Sharon Jeannettee Muncey Lowe. Friends and family will gather at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Weston for a Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, with Reverend James R. DeViese as celebrant. Interment will follow in the WV National Cemetery.
