LARRY LOWRANCE
Beech Bluff, TN: Larry Jackson Lowrance, age 81, passed away November 8, 2025, at Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born January 10, 1944, in the Five Points Community of Madison County, the son of the late Willie Herman and Electa Mae Inman Lowrance. He attended school at Pinson.
He married Judy Watson on November 23, 1967. They made their home in Beech Bluff, sharing their nearly fifty-eight years together.
He was a carpenter and worked at Bemis Gin for about fifteen years. He also enjoyed working on his farm, fishing, hunting, crafting and woodworking.
Mr. Lowrance is survived by his wife, Judy Annette Watson Lowrance of Beech Bluff; a son, Martin Lowrance (Madison) of Beech Bluff; two grandchildren, Callie Lowrance and Case Lowrance; a brother, Jimmy Ray Moore of Shawnee, KS and his family; a sister, Judy Johnson (Bill) of Saltillo, TN; and a sister-in-law, Jane Ellis of Bald Knob, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday at Big Springs Cemetery at Pinson.
The family will receive friends at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday.
