Larry was predeceased by his loving wife, Kathy (McGraw) Matejcek, his parents, Geraldine and Edward Matejcek, his half-brother Paul Williams, and his sister, Becky Pritchard. He is survived by his half-brother, Roger Williams of Rockford, IL, half-sister, Beverly Holzrichter of Medford, MN, and his children: Ed Martinez of Oakland, MD, Julia Wilson of Nevada, MO, Laurie Boyer of Springfield, MO, Suzanne Knickerbocker of Huntsville, TX, and April Hawkins of Springfield, MO. And many grandchildren and great-grandchildren
After leaving the Army, Larry went on to become a jack-of-all-trades but his passion was working on cars and trucks. Throughout his lifetime, Larry moved between Missouri and Illinois, where his parents lived. He will be missed by his family and friends.
