Larry Junior Moss

Larry Junior Moss of Jonesboro departed this life Monday, March 9, 2026 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, TN, at the age of 73 years, 1 month and 23 days. He was born Friday, January 16, 1953 in Jonesboro, AR and had lived in Trumann before moving to Jonesboro in 1986. He was a retired supervisor for Vinco in Trumann and a member of Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro. Larry enjoyed deer hunting and being at deer camp. More than anything he enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandkids. His favorite title was Grandad. Mr. Moss was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Sue Richardson Dodd. He leaves behind his wife, Karen Smith Moss of the home; three sons, T.J. (Rebecca) Moss, Drew (Lindsey) Moss and R.J. (Amie) Smith all of Jonesboro; three daughters, Chasity Johnston, Kendall Georges and Jaci Moss all of Jonesboro; two brothers, Timmy Moss of Stockton, CA and JoJo Dodd of Trumann; two sisters, Patricia Hamm and Pamela Sue Crist both of Jonesboro; and 10 grandchildren, Ian Jackson, Piper Smith, Logan Moss, Jagger Moss, Stella Moss, Iris Moss, Evie Georges, Aila Georges, Gwennie Moss and Lynnen Moss. The family will receive friends Friday, March 13th from 5:00 to 6:00. A celebration of life will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev.
