Larry Nelson Suggs, age 74, of Coffeeville, Mississippi, passed away on October 20, 2025. Born on February 13, 1951, to Wirt Goldeon Jr. and Mabel Jane Suggs in Calhoun City, Mississippi, Larry was a devoted son, brother, and friend whose warm smile and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Larry dedicated his life to his work in roofing and mechanic services, where he was self-employed. Throughout his life, he enjoyed fixing old cars and cherished moments spent fishing, activities that reflected his passion for hands-on work and appreciation for the outdoors.
He is survived by his beloved sisters, Linda Morton (Thomas Edward) and Glenda (Patrick) Holsenger, along with many friends and extended family. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Wirt Suggs Jr. and Mabel Suggs, along with brother, James Suggs.
A graveside service to honor Larry's life will be held on October 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Big Creek, Mississippi with Bro. Truman Scarbrough officiating. Family, friends, and community members are invited to join in remembrance and celebrate Larry's life. Following the service, he will be laid to rest.
