Lauren Zimmerly

Born August 12, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio to Dominic and Irene Jackowicz. Lauren attended Bedford High School and Hiram College. She moved to the Milwaukee area in the late seventies. Her professional life was in customer service and sales for printing companies. She is a Past President of the Milwaukee Litho Club. Many of Laurens' customers and co-workers remained friends after their careers. She also was the Welcome Lady in the Pewaukee area.

Lauren met her soul mate, best friend and husband, Mike, in the mid-eighties and they married in 1990. They rarely were apart for more than a few days. She enjoyed cooking, card making, time on the lake, party planning and her avian and canine kids. Friends and family were at the heart of her passions, and she was always taking pictures at events. Lauren and Mike also enjoyed traveling with favorites being Tahiti and Sandals Resorts.

She was called peacefully to the Lord on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Lauren is flying with angels and probably helping to plan the next event in heaven.

Lauren is survived by her Husband - Mike, Sister - Eunice (New Jersey), Sisters in Laws - Cheryl and Margaret, Brothers in Laws - David and Dennis, Nieces - Caitlin, Jordan, Michaela and Paige, Nephews, Ben and Dan (New Jersey), Bailey and Robert, Grand Nieces - Alanna, Alicia, Elizabeth and Grand Nephews – James, Christian and Daniel,

Visitation will be at Church and Chapel (Waukesha) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 10 to 11:30 with memorial from 11:30 to 12:00. The cemetery farewell will immediately follow at La Belle Cemetery in Oconomowoc.
