COWSERT, Laurie D. age 73 Passed away peacefully at her home in Shelby Township surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of David for 53 cherished years. Loving mother of Jennifer (Kurt) Simcox, Jessica (Marcus) Reynolds, Jaime (Remo) DiStefano and Ryan (Nicole). Proud grandmother of Gianna, Jordan, Abigail, Hunter, Vincenzo, Benjamin, Luciano, Cohen, Beckham, Mason and Lilyana. Dearest sister of Devon (Michael) Slanec and Gage (Angela) Lamb. Also survived by many nieces & nephews, great nieces & great nephews, cousins and countless dear friends. Laurie was a successful business owner for over 25 years. Visitation Monday 3-9pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc. (Shelby Township) 54880 VanDyke at 25 Mile Rd. Instate Tuesday 9:30am at Peace Lutheran Church 6580 24 Mile Rd. (West of VanDyke) until service, 10:00am. Interment Wednesday 12:00pm at the Nester Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Michael J. Fox Foundation are appreciated.
