Lawrence Earl Clement of Dowling Park, FL., 89, passed into the arms of Jesus on Thursday November 6, 2025. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Carmeta Clement, two sons, Lawrence Earl Clement. Jr., and Henry David Clement (deceased), and one daughter, Lesley Suzanne Kelley, one sister, Lee Dembinski, his twin brother, George Douglas Clement (Frances Clement, spouse, both deceased) one nephew, Daniel Dembinski (Donna Dembinski, spouse), and one niece Jackie Williams (Michael Williams, spouse). He has five grandchildren Joshua Madden, Jonathan Madden (Erin Madden, spouse), Charles Madden lll (Kara Madden, spouse), Christina Primeaux (Josh Primeaux, spouse), and Lawrence Clement lll. He has six great-grandchildren, Laura, Ana, Mia, Cole, Evanne, and Jonathan. Earl dearly loved his family, prayed for them and made many great memories through the years!

Earl was born on February 8, 1936, to Henry Douglas and Margaret Clement (both deceased) in Bardwell, KY. The family moved to Live Oak, Florida in 1946. Earl, as he was known, graduated from Suwannee High School and the University of Florida. There he earned a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for the DuPont Company in Wilmington, DE, retiring after 31 years. Earl was a member of First Baptist Church of Dowling Park. He served his Lord in ministry there until recently.

There will be a service to honor Earl's life on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 11am at First Baptist Church of Dowling Park. A visitation will held prior to the service from 10-11am. Interment will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers family ask donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Dowling Park or Advent Christian Village.

Pallbearers: Josh Madden, Jonathan Madden, Charles Madden, Greg Davis, and Daniel Dembinski.
