LEANDER FLORES Obituary

He grew up and attended public school in Huntsville, Texas. He later moved to Houston, Texas, where he started work at Armco Steel for sixteen years. After leaving Armco, he started his own business for over 40 years.
On December 1, 1952, Leander united in holy matrimony to Corine Bryant. This union was blessed with nine children (three from a previous marriage).
On Sunday, August 10, 2025, Leander answered the serene mandate to eternal rest. His transition was met by both parents, his wife, four sons, four brothers, four sisters (and one was his twin sister).
He leaves to cherish his precious memories: Leander Flores, Jr., Shirley Seals, Jimmy Flores, Leonard Flores (Teresa) Patricia Ridgell, Shelia KanKam (David) James Flores, and Edolia Kennedy. His legacy will be endeared by 28 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends
