Dr. Delisser-Matthews was my teacher at PCPS in Philadelphia. The course she taught, Analytical Chemistry, inspired me to continue my education and become a Medical Technologist. I now teach at the college level and I repeat something she said often about laboratory instruments: It's not a machine! You get soda from a machine! I loved her enthusiasm and think of her often.
