Todd is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 21 years, Angela Finks, 2 children Wyatt Finks and Destiny Griffith (significant other of Michael Sharp); 6 grandchildren who were his world, Aliyah, Logan, Beau, Afton, Alora, and Josie; 1 brother Travis Finks, 1 nephew Dylan Finks, and 1 niece Kaitlin. In addition to his father, Todd is preceded in death by numerous aunts and uncles.
Everyone that knew him knew he was the life of the party, and he was loved by many such as his mountain family, the Hornbaker's, the Tressler's, Michael Shaw, and Kyle Rider.
At Todd's request there will be no services.
