Leo C. Ott, 94, formerly of Wilson Borough passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025, in Country Meadows of Bethlehem.
Born April 9, 1931, in Williams Township, PA, he was a son of the late Monroe and Anna Mae (Riddle) Ott.
His wife of 62 years, Dorothy M. "Dottie" (Knapp) Ott, passed away September 11, 2014.
Leo graduated from Easton High School, Class of 1950, where he was captain of the baseball team.
He last worked for Frick Transfer, Inc., Easton. Previously, he was employed by the former Easton Industrial for over 40 years.
Leo loved baseball, softball, hiking, traveling, and was an avid long-distance runner. He was a huge Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan.
He was a member of Fellowship Church, Lopatcong Township, NJ, for many years where he coached softball. Most recently he attended Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving is a son, Robert L. "Bob" Ott and his wife Yvonne "Vonnie", of Palmer Township; three grandchildren, Matthew and his wife CoraLee, Renee, and Jared and his wife Deb, and four great-grandchildren, Trevor, Caeden, Gavin, and Langdon. In addition to his wife, Dottie, he was predeceased by six brothers, George, Earl, Kenneth, Eli, Donald "Bob", and James Ott and three sisters, Grace Fretz, Ruth Ott, and Clara Brixius.
**UPDATED SERVICE TIME: A memorial service will be held at 3pm Saturday, December 27th in Calvary Baptist Church, 5300 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem Township. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Northampton Memorial Shrine. Arrangements are by the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough.
