Leon Davison Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Neil O'Donnell Funeral Home on Dec. 10, 2025.
Leon Lorenzo Davison, affectionately known by his middle name, Lorenzo, was born on April 5, 1965, in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the University of Utah Hospital. He was the beloved son of Clarence and Gloria Davison, both of whom preceded him in death.

Lorenzo attended West High School, where he proudly played on the 1980s West High football team that went on to win the state championship-an accomplishment he carried with pride throughout his life.

He was a devoted father to three children and a loving grandfather to nine grandchildren. Though life brought challenges and distance at times, Lorenzo's deep love and pride for his children and grandchildren never wavered.

He is survived by his three children, Desirea, Tasha, and David, and grandchildren, his girlfriend, Tina Archuleta; his siblings Clarence, Stephanie, Charles, and Leslie; as well as his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins, all of whom loved him dearly.

Lorenzo lived a vibrant, soulful life. A natural comedian, he loved to make others laugh and often joked that he was "the pimp of all pimps," a line that never failed to bring smiles. Those who knew him also knew he always had a new get-rich scheme ready to share-his humor, imagination, and optimism made even the wildest ideas entertaining and unforgettable.

He had a kind and gentle soul-soft, loving, and deeply loyal to his family. Lorenzo will be remembered for his humor, his big heart, and the way he cherished every person he loved. His presence will be missed beyond measure, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

As Lorenzo, lovingly called "Benzo," always said: "God is the boss of all bosses."
