Leona Margaret Pauline Schultz

Leona Margaret Pauline Schultz, 97, was born on a farm in Greenbush, Wisconsin on the Sheboygan/Fond du Lac county line. She was the third child of William and Nora Rosenthal, born September 9, 1926. She was a secretary before her marriage in Sheboygan, WI and continued her career after moving to Champaign. She was the secretary to the Director of the Champaign Park District for 20 years until her retirement. Leona was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, and 4 sons. She is survived by her children Judy (Paul) Ferguson, Jim Schultz, Jeff (Janice) Schultz and Christine Schultz; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.A special thank you goes to Evergreen Place Assisted Living, Bickford Place Assisted Living and especially Accolade Health Care for the excellent care Leona received.
