Leota Wagner went home to be with the Lord on October 31, 2025 after achieving her goal of reaching the age of 100.
She was born September 5, 1925 to her parents, Harold F. and Glenna Alexander.
Leota was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Carl E. Wagner; brother, Kenneth L. Alexander; and son, Edward Schindler (Lucille). She is survived by her son, Wayne Wagner (Barb); five dear nieces and nephews and their families.
Special thanks to Pam, Jessica and the entire Heritage of Hudson staff for the wonderful care they gave her during the last years of her life.
Family and friends will be received Thursday, November 6th from 2 to 3pm at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44312. The funeral service will begin at 3pm. Burial will take place Friday, November 7th at 11am at Lexington Cemetery.
