She was a proud grandmother to Jessica Parsons (Colin), Julia Burgett (Kirby), Micaiah Capps, Dalton Capps, Elena Parsons, and Cora Parsons. Her legacy of love, kindness, and steadfast faith lives on in each of them. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alva and Velma Jones; her first husband, George Jerry Lynn, her beloved daughter, Lisa Abbott; brother, Royce Jones; and sisters, Gwendline Pelham and Teresa Johnson.
