In keeping with his wishes, Jack will be cremated, and the family will have memorial Service at a later date.

The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to two very special people who provided medical care to Jack Dr. Steve Schulman and Dr. Christopher D. Wood. We would also like to thank Home Care Plus of Lewisburg for their compassionate care.

From his Children:

Thank you for being a wonderful dad, a best friend and for your belief in God. Trusting him in your everyday life, being an example to us. And your witness of 1st Corinthians 15:1-5 It states that: He died for our sins, he was buried and rose again according to the scriptures. You ministered this in your life to us. Thank you dad for your faith. We love you.
