Leslie Vincent Weaks, 76, of Tabernacle, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 18, 2025 at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mt. Holly, NJ.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Les resided in Tabernacle, NJ most of his life. He enjoyed spending time at his favorite vacation spot the Outer Banks. Les also liked being on his computer, but most of all spending time with his family, who he loved very much.
Son of the late Robert and Mary Weaks; he is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Janet (nee Grimm) Weaks; his three children, Heather Smith (Jeffrey), Leslie Weaks (Amy), and Janet Gonzalez (Mark); his siblings, Robert Weaks (Barbara), and Mary Philibert; six grandchildren, Tala Grey Scott, Kaylee Marie Weaks, Conner Michael Gonzalez, Mason Daniel Weaks, Ayden Matthew Gonzalez and Chase Vincent Weaks; and three nieces and one nephew, Barbara Nowacki, Linda Philibert, Michelle Poulson and the late James Philibert.
Relatives and friends are encouraged to wear casual clothing, and may greet the family on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 10-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. A celebration of life will follow at 11AM, at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Junior Mechanics Cemetery, Tabernacle, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Les' memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.st.jude.org
