He was born April 23, 1949 in Whitley County to the late Enoch Bolton and Randy Walters Bolton. Letcher was a furniture delivery person and is of the Baptist Faith.
Other than his parents he is preceded in death by; Siblings, Crit Bolton, Bill Bolton, Paul Bolton, Tempie Bolton Gabbard, Gene Bolton, Willard Bolton, Roy Bolton, Enoch Bolton Jr., Dawn Bolton, and Shirley Bolton Decker.
He is survived by; two brothers, Glen Bolton (Renee), Bill Bolton, both of Woodbine, Ky, two sisters; Gracie Bolton Lowe of Woodbine, Ky, and Bonnie Bolton Gabbard, of Corbin, Ky., and a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Adam Fuson officiating. Burial will follow at Bolton Family Cemetery in Woodbine, Ky.
Visitation is Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home.
Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
