Liggett was a cosmetologist and helping people look good was his passion. He was an energetic, active and friendly person who never met stranger.
Liggett is survived by his wife: Misty Gaiters, son: Daniel Gaiters; step-mother: Jacque Gaiters; two step-children: Ja'Leah & Javon Norris; brothers and sisters: Patricia (Levin Ford) Chandler-Gaiters, Carolyn Burrell, Aarik (JoAnn) Gaiters, Nehemiah (Wendi) Gaiters, Adam (Jessica) Gaiters, Rebekah (LaVell) Spates, Jessica Gaiters, Paige Gaiters and Hannah Gaiters; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, Liggett was preceded in death by a brother: Aaron Gaiters and one brother-in-law: Gene Burrell.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, July 30, 2021, at Hillis, Combs & Nestor Funeral Home, with Elder Terrence E. Brown officiating. www.hilliscombsnestor.com
