Julie Susan (Webb) Norris, 82, of Newark, went to be with her Lord at 7:20 A.M. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Brookdale Senior Living. She was born September 2, 1943, in Coshocton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Harry and Edna (Randles) Webb. Julie was a graduate of Newark High School and married Basil Norris Sr. on July 21, 1985. Julie was a member of Frazeysburg Community Bible Church.

She is survived by her children, Vicky Posey, Sheila Romine, Raymond (Claudia) Lamp, and Sarah (JR) Haley; a sister, Marie Henry; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Basil “Bud” Norris III who passed away on July 24, 2023.

Friends and family may call from 12:00 Noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE with Pastor Eric Cooper officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
