Lila Taylor Bang

Lila Serilda Taylor Bang, passed away at the age of 50 years old. She was born July 5, 1975 in Fort Smith Arkansas. She passed on October 5, 2025 surrounded by her family and close friends and a host of angels.
She had a very loving soul that forgave easily, you could always find her smiling, ready to go no matter where the road took her; She loved to cook good ole' southern food and loved it when family and friends "gathered"
Lila Bang is preceded in death by her parents William and Virgina Taylor, husband Sammy Bang, grandmother Helen Shirley, nephew Jared Taylor, brother-in-law Glenn Thomas.
Survivors include her "only brother" Lee (Cheryl) Taylor and "only sister" Sabrina (Wayne) Thomas and a host of nieces and nephews. Her children; Ben (Tasha) Cole, Tristan (Dusti) Bang, Dawson Bang, Brandon (Victoria) Bang, Sarah (Mario) Citlahua. Along with her 10 grandchildren. Special caregiver; her niece Bailee Taylor. Her special sisters- Alisha Fox (bestie), Waikea Bell, Marie Barrow, Connie Ely, June Ann Travis, Susan Newton and Brenda Little.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services Chapel, 6631 Washington Avenue Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 12th, 2025 at Vancleave Assembly of God 11109 Highway 57 Vancleave, Mississippi 39565 with interment following at Beluah Cemetery.
