Lillian Leffew Obituary
at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital. She was born June 30, 1957 in Welch, WV,
the daughter of the late Taylor and Lillian Adkins Leffew.
Lillian grew up in Bradshaw, WV and graduated from Iaeger High School in 1976. She
went back to school later in life and graduated nursing school in September of 1995.
She was the most loving and caring mother anyone could have ever asked for. She
adored her grandchildren, family, friends and bonus grandkids Allie and Julia. She also
enjoyed spending time with her sister Kathy for the last couple years of her life. They
enjoyed cooking, cleaning, crafts and an occasional drink.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Michael Leffew, Jana Leffew Jordan
and Linda Leffew Hammond.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 5-6:30 pm with a service to follow in the chapel at Watson-King Funeral Home in Rockingham.
Surviving are her children Jason Steele and wife Charity, and Brian Steele and wife
Shelly; Grandchildren Austin Steele, Taylor Steele and Hunter Steele; A sister Kathy
McGuire; Her dog companion Max.
