She was born to Lawrence and Dorothy (Finchum) Clements on June 5, 1939 in Indianapolis, IN.
Lillian graduated from Clayton High School in 1953. She married Melvin L. Mitchell May 18, 1957 and was a homemaker.
Lillian enjoyed making dolls, crafts and reading.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen O'Neil of Polk, PA and Melanie Wallace of Hermitage; Two sons, Daniel Mitchell (Diane) of Hermitage and Bryan Mitchell of Hermitage; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Clements and Dorothy Loscent; her husband a sister, Loraine Rogers and her favorite son-in-law, Randy O'Neil.
