She is the beloved daughter of Coby Shelton and Felix Lugo.
Lilyaña is survived by her parents, Coby and Felix; sister, Carmen Lugo; paternal grandma, Christe Carpenter; paternal great-grandparents, Cindy and Ed Hart, Orville and Sharon Shoemaker, Jr.; maternal great-grandparents, Rose Olivas and Gerardo Rodriguez; paternal aunt and uncle, Madysen Carpenter, Cayden Shelton; and maternal aunt and uncle, Cynthia (Corriun) Easley, Manuel Cantu.
Lilyaña was preceded in death by her great-great grandparents, Orville Eugene and Grace Shoemaker, Sr.
Private Family Services and Burial will take place. Cremation Rites have been accorded.
A memorial has been established.
Arrangements were completed by Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon.
