Linda K. Cavazos, age 76 a Gillett resident, passed away Wednesday evening, March 13, 2024, at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay. She was born March 2, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of the late Grover and Opal (Thompson) McDougal. Linda was a loving caring person who made friends with everyone and was willing to share her opinion whether you wanted it or not. Survivors include; two children: Tony (Luz) Cavazos, Oak Lawn, Il, and Georgianna Ward, Gillett, three grandchildren: Allen Ward, Gillett; Nicholas Cavazos, Il.; Alexandra Cavazos, Il., two great grandchildren Marshel Ward and Maryanne Ward, two sisters: Mary Haywood and Paula Dyer. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Linda was preceded in death by her parents: Grover and Opal McDougal; one brother Mark Dyer, and one great grandson Little Howard Ward. The Family will greet relatives and friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Kuehl Funeral Home, 108 E. Main Street, Gillett. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday March 20, 2024, at Kuehl Funeral Home. Cremation will take place following the service. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with Linda's family on her tribute page at www.legacycarepartners.com The Kuehl Funeral Home, 108 E Main St, Gillett is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
