Linda Colvard, 78, of Springtown went to be with our Lord on Monday June 23, 2025 in Weatherford, Texas.
She was born March 4, 1947 in Springtown to Eril and Dorothy (Wolfe) Peters. Linda married the love of her life Jerry Colvard, June 15, 1969 in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Castleberry High School in Fort Worth. Linda enjoyed fishing and dancing as well as painting landscapes. She was a homemaker, wife, mother, grand-mother, great grandmother and a friend to many who will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents Eril and Dorothy Peters; son, Jerry Michael Colvard and brother Eril Peters.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 56 years, Jerry Colvard of Springtown; daughters Lisa Eads and husband Larry of Azle and Alicia Flanagan and husband Ty of Bella Vista, AR; granddaughters Bretnie Herfkens and Sarah Hughes; grandsons, Micheal Pierce and Matthew Maikell; great grandchildren, Gabriel, Gunner, Emily, Brayden, Tristan, Aydan, Abby, Abel, Skylar, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
