Linda Varner Ingle, 82 of Pleasant Grove Church Road, Crouse, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Atrium Health-Lincoln.
Linda was born on October 11, 1942 to the late Huston C. Varner and Eva Lee Long Varner. She was a member of Gainsville Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Hugh Ingle and sister, Annie Lee Martin.
Linda is survived by four sons, Mike Ingle and wife Kim, of Vale, Mark Ingle and wife Bunny, of Lincolnton, Kevin Ingle and wife Michelle, of Vale, and Jason Ingle and wife Candi, of Lincolnton; ten grandchildren, Garrett Ingle, Teneil Spivey and husband Ryan, Trevor Ingle and wife, Victoria, Heather Beard and husband Dylan, Kaleigh Ingle, Cora Ingle, Noah Ingle and wife, SarahBeth, MacKenzie Ingle, Jade Ingle, and Mayson Ingle; two step-grandchildren, Alex McCorkle and Lacie McCorkle; seven great-grandchildren, Klutch Ingle, Lurner Ingle, Finn Spivey, Carter Ingle, Jolene Beard, Forrest Beard and Milo Ingle and her fur baby, Eli.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Gainsville Baptist Church.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 2:00pm at Gainsville Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Holland officiating.
Burial will follow at in the Gainsville Baptist Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Gainsville Baptist Church, 270 Gainsville Church Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
