Linda Kay Isaacson, 82, of Macon, MO passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at the Clarence Care Center in Clarence, MO.
Linda was born on September 8, 1942 in Macon, the daughter of Virgil and Minnie (Lauterbec) Lucas. She was united in marriage to Paul Isaacson on June 12, 1960 at the Callao Christian Church.
A longtime member of the Callao Christian Church, where she taught Sunday School and was active in Puppet Ministries. She also enjoyed her involvement with the Red Hat Society and Republican Club; where she was one of the original founders. For many years, she owned and operated Linda's Fashions in Macon. Linda loved interior decorating, crafting for Vacation Bible School, being a farm wife, and especially spending time with her family.
Linda is survived by her husband, Paul Isaacson of the home; two children, Lisa Fitzgerald and her husband Tom of St. Louis, MO, and Todd Isaacson of Sacramento, CA; two grandchildren, Danny Fitzgerald and Jake Fitzgerald.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, August 25, 2025 at the Callao Christian Church in Callao, MO, with Bro. Josh Stucki officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Salem Cemetery in Excello, MO. Visitation will be Monday at 11:00 am, until the time of the service, at the church. The family suggests memorials to the Callao Christian Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, MO.
