Linda (Kay) Bolick Obituary
Linda (Kay) Merritt Bolick was born February 27, 1946. She unexpectedly passed away on September 29,2025. Beloved wife of almost 61 years to Alivn David Bolick. Mother To Duane David Bolick and Sheila Renee Bolick (Charles William Bolick III-Chip). She was grandmother to Micheal David Bolick. She leaves behind a void that can never be filled.
She is survived by her sisters Virginia (Ginger) Burgess, Helen Faucette (Melvin “Sonny” Faucette), and Barbara (Bobbie) Holden (Lowell “Lewie”) Holden. She leaves behind special nieces, nephews, and many longtime dear friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday October 3, 2025, at Walker’s Funeral Home of Hillsborough. Visitation will be from 1pm-3pm with the funeral following at 3pm. Interment will follow the service at New Sharon Methodist Church cemetery. The family requests bright colors to be worn. They would represent the bright life that was Kay.
