Linda F. Krider, 77, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 7:25 a.m. at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Born in Tupelo, Mississippi on October 28, 1947, Linda was the daughter of Frank and Lillie Bell (Rice) Ruff. She would graduate from high school and attend college for three years.
In Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 4, 1998, Linda married Rick Krider. The couple has made Ligonier, Indiana their home for the past 28 years.
She worked for Dana Corporation as a manufacturing inspector for 30 years until her retirement in 2007.
Linda was an avid shopper of clothing and jewelry. She enjoyed going to and watching tractor pulls. The joy of her life was being wither her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Rick, and children: Ray Link of Fort Wayne, Ronnie Link of Fort Wayne, Carles Link of Tampa, FL, Dartanya Davis of Powder Springs, GA and Lanette Link of Lebanon, TN; step-children: Elizabeth (Kent) Hunter of Albion, Ronald (Daniealle) Krider of Cromwell and Kristina Krider of Ligonier; 22 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; one sister and three brothers as well as many nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Yeager Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Sparta Cemetery, Kimmell.
