Linda Rappa Obituary

Linda was the first child of Victoria (Scatoloni) and Nunzio Rappa, both deceased. Her brother, Joseph, to whom she was incredibly close, survives her.
Linda was immensely proud of her Italian heritage and spoke the language fluently. She visited Italy and kept in close touch with her extended family there from a very young age until her death.
Linda was also an avid chef and would joyfully try new recipes. She also kept many live plants, a habit she inherited from her maternal grandmother, Josephine Scatoloni.
Linda was a loyal friend, with many friendships enduring from childhood. Barbara Tancredi, Donna Grillo Ciccone, Joanne Shofi Capolongi and Jerieanne Grillo Damiano are just a few of the lasting relationships that Linda faithfully maintained.
The bulk of Linda's professional career was spent working at Aetna Life Insurance company. She also held other jobs which she enjoyed at Macy's, Richard Ginori and Chase Bank.
Linda will be remembered fondly and missed deeply by all that knew her.

My condolences to Linda's family. We worked many years together at Aetna Insurance both in White Plains and Purchase. At Christmas time she would give a tiny crate of sweet clementines. May the Lord Jesus & Angels welcome her into Paradise.
