SPRING GLEN -Linden Wayne Laws, age 82, passed away November 8, 2025 in West Jordan, Utah.
He was born June 5, 1943 in Huntington, Utah to Elwood Wayne and Lola Jean Kartchner Laws. On March 10, 1961, Linden married Kathleen Marshall in Price, Utah; their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. Kathleen preceded him in death on June 11, 2022.
Linden was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he was active in the scouting programs. He was a longtime resident of Spring Glen and a graduate of Carbon High School Class of 1961. Linden lived for helping others and he was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Linden was a master craftsman who took great pride in his woodworking. He successfully owned and operated Linden Laws Construction where he loved sharing his talents with others. Linden loved working with his hands, especially quilting, making quilt stands and hot dog sticks. He also loved the outdoors, camping, old cars and most importantly spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by his children, Kristin (Star) Laws, Murray, Jeff (Shelly) Laws, Price, Annette Laws, Spring Glen; grandchildren, Jacob (Olecya) Callor, Derek (Abby) Callor, Tyler Lynn Laws, Shelynn (Tyler) Edwards, Seth Callor, Kaylee Laws, Brenna (Kenny) Cudney and Cambri (Michael) Fuller, 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Grant (Janet) Laws, Carbonville; and a sister, Kaye (Lynn) Manhart, Orem.
Preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved wife, Kathleen Laws.
Funeral service, Thursday, November 13, 2025, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories of Linden online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
