Lisa Selene Bloss January 14, 1967– February 26, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Lisa Selene Bloss. Lisa brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of everyone who knew her. She faced the world with kindness, joy, and an unshakable spirit, making every moment brighter for those around her.
A long-standing member of the Cactus and Succulent Society of America, Lisa shared her passion for plants with enthusiasm and warmth. She found great joy in nurturing her collection, and her love for these resilient, beautiful plants was a perfect reflection of her own strength and gentle heart. Lisa's presence was a gift. Her laughter was infectious, her hugs were the best, and her ability to spread happiness was unmatched. She taught us all the true meaning of love, patience, and joy in life's simplest pleasures.
Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Frank Bloss, and her beloved dog, Choco. She is survived by her mother, Naomi Bloss, four siblings, one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, five nephews, and a niece, along with many friends and a community that adored her. A celebration of Lisa's life will be held, where we will honor her beautiful soul and the love she shared with the world. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to ElderDay Adult Day Healthcare in Watsonville.
