Marilee Alaga Obituary

She found joy in gardening, cooking, and creating a warm, welcoming home. Holidays with family were her favorite times, and her kindness and friendship left a lasting mark on all who knew her.
Marilee is lovingly remembered by her children Annette Marie (Daniel) Regalia, Peter Nick Alaga, and Stephen John Alaga; grandchildren Jordan Walker, Mackenzie Alaga, and Grace Alaga; niece Alexa Riordan; nephew Michael Riordan; two great-grandchildren, a great-niece, and many cherished cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, John "Jack" Michael Riordan and Mary Jane Dunn, and her brother Patrick Michael Riordan.
A private family service was held at Valley Public Cemetery. A celebration of her life will be announced soon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gregory Moresco Scholarship Fund, c/o St. Francis Catholic High in Watsonville.
*A Celebration of Life for Marilee will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Corralitos Community Center - Padres Hall (35 Browns Valley Road, Watsonville, CA 95076) To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Marilee, please visit our floral store.
