Lisa A. Cranmer
Age 56 of Elmira, NY. She was born May 26, 1967 in Endicott, NY, the daughter of Gary and Ina (Crawford) Beers and passed away Thursday, February 29, 2024 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her father Gary Beers. Lisa is survived by her husband of 32 years, Christopher M. Cranmer; daughters Katrina Cranmer and Arianna Cranmer; grandchildren Carter Strong and William Batten, III; mother Ina Solliday all of Elmira; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends; mother-in-law Helen Cranmer of N. Chemung; brothers-in-law Jim Cranmer of PA, Dwayne Cranmer of FL and Bill Cranmer of N. Chemung; sisters-in-law Linda Karst of VA and Bonnie Willoughby of Syracuse, NY. Lisa was employed with Arnot Ogden Medical Center as a Registered Nurse for 24 years. She loved her 3B and 4D families. She enjoyed puzzles and reading. Lisa's final act of kindness was the gift of life as an organ donor. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Monday, March 4th from 4 to 6 pm. Her funeral service will be held at 6 pm. The Southern Tier Nurses Honor Guard will provide a Nurses Honor Service – Honoring her, 4D.
