Lisa Hackworth Obituary

She graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1983, and went on to obtain her associate degree in occupational therapy. On December 17, 1994, she married Chris Hackworth in Columbia City, Indiana. Lisa worked for NEISEC as an occupational therapy assistant. She was a member of First Church of God.
Lisa loved to travel and all types of puzzles. Her greatest joy was spending time with family.
Lisa is survived by her daughters, Rylee Hackworth, and Hailey Hackworth; sister, Lorene (Neil) Perry; brothers, Alyn Pettigrew, and Bruce (Jenelle) Pettigrew; and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Lisa is preceded in death by her husband, Chris Hackworth who passed in 2019.
Graveside service will be 11:00 am Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Oak Grove (Compton) Cemetery, Columbia City.
