Lisa Harris, a beacon of love and laughter, left this world on September 27, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on September 11, 1962, in the vibrant neighborhood of Canarsie in Brooklyn, New York, Lisa's infectious humor and generous spirit were evident from a young age. Her final days were spent in the warmth of Palmetto, Florida, where she was surrounded by the love of her husband and family.

Lisa's life was a testament to her unwavering dedication to her family, her career, and her ability to spread joy wherever she went. She shared a beautiful marriage with her beloved husband, David Harris, who stood by her as a pillar of strength and partnership for 31 years. Together, they navigated the ebbs and flows of life with grace and humor.

She is survived by her sister Susan Cantalino, her brother, Michael Anselmo, sister-in-law Antoinette Anselmo, brothers-in-law Jimmy Harris and Gary Griffin, and stepfather Joseph Ackerly. Lisa's role as Aunt Lisa was one she cherished deeply, showering love and laughter upon her nieces and nephews: Danielle Froio, Jason Goldberg, Nicholas Anselmo, Jonathan Cantalino, Katie Shriner, Christopher Anselmo, Michael Cantalino, and Alissa Anselmo.

Lisa was preceded in death by a host of angels: her mother June Ackerly, mother-in-law Mary Harris, father-in-law James Harris, and her sister-in-law Linda Griffin. Her life was enriched by the presence of numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and countless friends who were touched by her boundless energy and compassion.

Professionally, Lisa dedicated 36 years of service to American International Group, where she retired as the esteemed Director of Operations. Her leadership was characterized by her quick wit and ability to find humor even in the most stressful situations, making her both respected and adored by her colleagues.

Lisa was a spiritual soul who found the divine in the everyday. She connected with the world and those around her in ways that transcended traditional practices, often reminding her loved ones to "do what makes you happy" and "always dance to your own beat".

Her interests were as varied as her talents. An avid cook, Lisa could often be found in the kitchen, whipping up a storm, enthusiastically trying new recipes, and filling the house with new aromas. With her husband, Dave, by her side, she traveled the world fulfilling her insatiable appetite for new experiences and cultures. Shopping was not just a pastime but an adventure, and she approached it with the same gusto and enthusiasm she did everything else in her life. Above all, Lisa loved nothing more than to laugh, a sound that echoed through the hearts of all who knew her.

Lisa was the embodiment of love, a woman who lived to bring joy to others. Her generosity knew no bounds, and her sense of humor was a gift she freely gave. To know Lisa was to be wrapped in warmth and joy, and while her physical presence will be sorely missed, her spirit will continue to inspire laughter and love in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know her.

In the words of the great Lucille Ball, "I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done." Lisa Harris lived her life by this motto, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories and a trail of laughter that will never fade.
