She was born on August 19, 1954, in Washington, DC, the daughter of the late Joseph R. Lombardi and Margaret V. (Tarter) Lombardi.
Lisa worked at the Woods Resort. She was a dog walker, house sitter for friends and taught exercise and dance classes. Lisa was a nature and animal lover and a loving and good person.
Surviving is a brother, Mark S. Lombardi of Wheaton, MD.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Richard Troth and a sister, Karla S. Lombardi.
Private services will be held at a later date.
