Lisa Mendoza Obituary

Lisa was a phlebotomist at Southeast Memorial in Houston and at Memorial Medical Center in Port Lavaca. Prior to being a phlebotomist, Lisa worked at 7 Eleven on Highway 35, Formosa Plastics as a security guard, and a substitute teacher at HJM Elementary for several years.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Jesse and Susie Rodriguez; daughter, Micah Mendoza; stepchildren, Amanda Mendoza, Rachel Mendoza, Eric Mendoza (Crystal); sister, Sylvia Gottschalt (Saul); brothers, Oscar Rodriguez (Christina) and Anthony Rodriguez; significant other, Leocaudio Rubio.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cheno and Fela Rodriguez and Alejos and Susie Guillen; great-grandparents, Lorenzo and Juanita Rodriguez, all of Port Lavaca; her great-grandmother, Petra Solorzano of Mission, Tx.
There will be a private family service.
A special thank you to Harbor Hospice, and nurses, Stephanie and Claudia who took great care of our girl.
