Lisa Pennington, 54, of Lineville, IA passed away at her home with her family by her side on October 16th, 2025. Lisa was born in Circleville, OH on May 21st, 1971, the daughter of Roger and Joyce (Ferguson) Morris.
Lisa was a 1989 graduate of Logan Elm High School in Pickaway County, Ohio. She married George "Pat" Pennington on June 15, 1995, in Greenfield, Ohio. Lisa was hooked on playing BINGO. She enjoyed crafts, shopping, fishing, and time spent with special friend, Michelle Hicks. What brought Lisa the most joy was relaxing with her husband and dog Thurman and spending time with her grandchildren.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Pat of the home and three children; daughter, Candace Carnahan and husband Robby of Unionville, MO; son, Storm Pennington and wife Katelyn of Bondurant, IA; and son Seth Pennington of Lineville, IA. Her surviving grandchildren are Harper Carnahan, Eleanor Pennington, and Holden Carnahan. Lisa is also survived by her father, Roger Morris of Circleville, OH.
Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Ann Morris and many aunts and uncles.
Memorials are suggested to the Family and may be entrusted to Thomas Funeral Home, 709 S. 27th St., Unionville, MO 63565.
There will be a Visitation/Viewing, with her family present at the Thomas Funeral Home in Unionville, MO on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, between the hours of 4:00pm-6:00pm.
