Lisa Kay Keown Russell, aged 56, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at Greenwood Nursing and Rehab in Bowling Green, KY.
Born March 8, 1968, in Bowling Green, Lisa was a graduate of Bowling Green High School and a member of Three Springs Baptist Church. She loved her family and all things Disney, especially Eeyore. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Autumn L. Keown; her son, Hunter K. Willoughby; her stepfather, Jesse Lyons; her maternal grandparents, Cordell and Velma Napier; and her paternal grandparents, Ben and Mary Russell.
Lisa is survived by her parents, Joan Napier Lyons and Marvin Russell (Linda); her children, Benjamin Cord Keown (Ron'Deshia) and Nikki Adams (Jenna); her grandchildren, Elijah Keown, Za'Trayvion McMilliam-Cofer, Za'Karrious McMillian-Cofer, Za'Marrion Keown, Za'Leah Keown, Zerrick Keown, Knox Adams, and Braxton Hendricks; one sister, Michelle Wolfe; and two brothers, Chris Russell and Jeff Hogan (Denise). Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, with funeral service at noon at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
The family would like to thank everyone who helped care for Lisa during her lengthy illness.
