Logan J. Burns, age 47, a Manitowoc resident, passed away Monday, February 17, 2025 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay.
He was born January 1, 1978 in Mesa, Arizona, son of Carolyn (Wilkinson) Burns and the late Edward Burns. Logan attended Mesa High School, graduating with the class of 1996. On February 22, 2002, he married Stacy Warton. She preceded him in death on March 7, 2020 after 18 years of marriage. On February 2, 2022 he married Amy Wappler. Logan enjoyed fixing and tinkering with things as well as gaming. He also enjoyed his time spent with his family when they would worship at the Gellings family home. Above all, Logan loved his family and spending time with them.
Logan is survived by his wife: Amy Burns; four children: Orion, Jade, and Nyssa Burns and Ali (Brandon) Koenig; two stepchildren: Jordan (Katelynn) Jacoby and Kayla Jacoby (Chris); three grandchildren: Nathan, Pheonix, and Juby; his mother: Carolyn Burns (Chuck); two sisters: Crystal (Tarik) Canga and Laura (Nathan) Schroeder; a special niece and nephew: Brooke Marksman and Kyro Muench; cousin and close friend: Shawn; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Edward Burns; mother-in-law: Sharon Warton; and his wife and the mother of his children: Stacy Burns.
Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and a service will be held for Logan at a later date.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, Manitowoc, is assisting the Burns family with funeral arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family by visiting www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com.
